As a board‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Serene Soul Psychiatry, I believe every adult deserves a safe, affirming space to explore their mental health. My blended, neurospicy background and a life shaped by movement and transition allow me to understand the complexities of identity, belonging, and emotional resilience. I provide evidence‑based medication management and supportive psychotherapy for adults in Oregon and Arizona, always with a focus on collaboration, compassion, and cultural awareness. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward greater peace, clarity, and stability.
