Step One: Complete Forms
Complete the intake forms and wait for team to verify insurance plan. This may take 2-3 business days.
Step Two: Schedule Initial Appointment (45-60 min)
Once insurance is verified and consent forms are complete, an initial psychiatric evaluation will be scheduled (45-60 minutes) and neurocognitive assessments will be ordered.
Step Three: Treatment Planning and Follow-up
Follow up appointments (20-40 minutes) will be scheduled to review results of evaluation and finalize treatment plan, including continued medication management.
